Refunds

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Once a service is booked and payment is completed, we do not offer refunds. We invest significant resources in scheduling qualified dental professionals, preparing sterilized equipment, and coordinating home visits to ensure the highest quality of care.

Cancellation Policy

While refunds are not available, you may reschedule your appointment by contacting our support team at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for rescheduling
  • In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact our support team immediately
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done within 30 days of the original booking

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider exceptions to our no-refund policy:

  • If our dental professional fails to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notification
  • If there is a significant technical error with our service that prevents completion
  • If the service provided significantly deviates from what was described and booked

All exception requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the scheduled service time.
